The Company’s finished products are generally used to robotically transfer, assemble and weld component parts into larger assemblies, such as automotive body sides, cradles, and doors.  Typical projects range in size from $250k to over $15 million, depending on scope and complexity.  To the right is a picture of a project that was built to assemble and weld uni-sides.  The line will robotically grab a side body shell and attach hundreds of sub-assemblies, metal fasteners and braces using over 1,000 individual spot-welds to produce each body side.
